Ukulele music...seductive and passionate you will get lost in the moment.

Songs of love lost and love found, ukulele music is cupid’s arrow that pierces your heart. Listen to the sounds of the ukulele be captivated beyond your wildest dreams.

One of the first ukuleles was shaped like a small guitar less than half the size, and with it being that size I believe it would have sounded probably a little deeper in tone, maybe not to different from the old style lute and maybe because of only 4 strings on it. But like anything there is always progress and he ukulele went through the same thing till what it has become now. Another name for the small guitar shaped ukulele is the Kamaka that is from Hawaii , used more now a days for the lead rhythm.

"Hula Music"

The tahitian style comes from one piece of wood traditionally carved with motifs added as decorations. These instruments are usually strung with eight strings creating their own unique sound, like listening to up beat angles playing their harps.

Ukulele music also came out of half a coconut shell used to make the body and sounding mechanism of a 4 string instrument. These are mostly made as a gift but can be used in hula music. In the Cook Islands this was a typical way to make ukulele's in the early years of their production.
