Male hula workout - Hula With Me
Step 1) - Body alignment Stand tall with legs shoulder width apart Hands on hips, bend knees slightly (like Maori Haka stance) Push hips forward
Step 2) - The Action required While in the haka stance you will knock your knees together with feet firmly on the ground... ready knock knees in out, in out, in out, in out, (continue for 20 seconds)... in 3-2-1, relax shake those legs. Now for another 20 seconds knock those knees, feet firmly on the ground knock in out, in out…. in 3-2-1 relax shake those legs. Right its time to go a little longer, then we can do some stretches for quads (thigh), calves, ankles, hip and lower back areas, don’t want to pull any muscles, (about 3 minute stretch) should be ok, longer if you wish... 5-6-7-8 knock knees ( 30 seconds to a minute)...in 3-2-1 relax now shake it out and stretch…(up to 2 to 3 imnutes)...done NOW lets move on! Combine steps 1 and 2 and Hula With Me...ready...5-6-7-8 knock your knees try not to lean to far forward, back straight (for up to one minute) nice steady pace ...in 3-2-1 relax shake it out well done
"3-Step Male Hula" method
Step 3) - Use the male hula workout combination
for 2 to 5 minutes at a confortable slow to medium pace
Remember stand tall, legs shoulder width apart, hands on
hips, knees slightly bent, just like the Maori Haka Kia
mou, and push your hips forward.
Ready to knee knock... in 5-6-7-8
knock those knees
(up to 2 minutes)...in 3-2-1...well done you're becoming a
find tuned hula machine
Now that you have acheived the next level you can add a dance
forward movement 4 steps, “hula” on spot, then back 4 steps “hula” on spot (do this for up to 1 minute) forward and back forward and back...
step
...in 3-2-1 relax
Ok... got that... now you can move to right 4 steps, “hula”
on the spot, back to the left 4 steps “hula” on the spot (up to 1 minute) right for 4, back left for 4
step
…in 3-2-1 relax...Great looking good
Ok... now comes the codagra, combine all steps of forward and side movements together with steps 1 and 2 movements, and take up the challenge and succeed...in 5-6-7-8

can be used to spice up your male hula workout, it will put the
beat and rhythm back into your exercise. Fine the sound you want, it could be the melodies of an 8-string Tahitian ukulele, or the 4-string Hawaiian kamaka, or the echoing beats of the log drum's with a quicker pace. The choice is yours, enjoy!
