...you've done it...now its time for the hula dance exercise. You may be thinking, "Exercise?" Well that's what is next on this journey of
Hula With Me.
The steps you have learnt are your template for
your hula
work out ... so all I need from you is 10, or so, minutes of your time, some water, and (feel free to wear) something loose and comfortable. But the most important thing required is you. Remember: if you want to look good, and feel good, and be able to do dance movements that you never thought were possible, well, you are on the way now ...

You have gone through the 3-step hula hip sway method, so, now let's do the exercise work out that will put you in a new space..."if you do it they will see".

You are the key.
You need to up-skill your movements so you glide with smooth motions, instead of heavy feet.
Hula dance exercise
will really develop your timing and coordination if you develop a strong stance for your foundation. Strength with grace is an unbeatable combination. Few have this combination - and you will be next.
