Female Work out - Hula With Me
Step 1) - Body position Stand tall, relax, look straight aheadHands on hips, bend knees slightly feet togetherSuck your belly button in towards your spine to tighten abb area Step 2) - The movement Sway hips right to left, using hands to push hips out... ready Hula right left, right left, right left, right left - (continue for 20 to 30 seconds)... in 3-2-1 relax Legs slightly bent, move knees back and forwards, feet on ground, ready March (on spot for 20 seconds)...in 3-2-1 relax shake it out Now combine both body position and body movement of hips sway right to left, move knees slightly bent back and forward marching motion , feet on ground and hands on hips, push hips out. Hula With Me…5-6-7-8 Hula (for one minute) ...in 3-2-1 relax and shake out. Well done!
"3-step hula hip sway method"
Step 3) - Combine step 1 and step 2 At a slow but comfortable pace commence your work out for 2 to 5 minutesHula With Me…5-6-7-8 Hula ...in 3-2-1 relax Now that you have warmed up, it is time to stretch, hips, quads (thigh), calves and ankles for at least 3 minutes or more then back into your work out Done Lets repeat step 3 again!...Hula With Me…5-6-7-8 Hula At the 2 minute mark you can hula forward 4 steps, “hula “ on the spot for 4, then back 4 steps, hula on the spot for 4 (this can be done for up to 1 minute) At the 4 minute mark you can "hula" to the right 4 steps, hula on the spot for 4, then back to the left 4 steps, hula on the spot for 4 (this can be done for up to 1 (minute) At the 6 minute mark combine both movements of forward and backward steps with right and left steps for up to 3 minutes (have fun and smile) Once you feel you are confident with your
